Modulating

Our modulating flashing pattern modulates at the same rate as our standard flashing pattern, but with one key difference. The lights don’t turn all the way off between flashes. Instead they dim to 10% intensity. Some local areas allow for modulating brake lights, but not flashing brake lights. Check with your local municipality if you’re unsure.
